3. Order Policy

Once an order is placed, it begins production immediately.
All sales are final.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

 

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 

5. Safety & Use

Our products are designed for hobby use only.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modifications.
