Order Processing

All items are 3D printed to order.
Please allow up to 30 business days for production before your order ships. Larger or more complex prints may require additional time.

Orders begin production immediately after purchase.

 

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location. Typical delivery windows:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing may extend delivery times.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
We are not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

If an issue occurs, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

 

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. These fees are not included in product or shipping costs.

 

All Sales Are Final

Because each item is custom‑made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
